Chocolate ganache butter cake.

250gm unsalted butter, at room temperature
200 gm plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
150 gm castor sugar
4 eggs
½ tsp salt
4 tablespoons fresh milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

As for the chocolate ganache I use 180gm unsweetened dark chocolate
200gm whipped cream
40gm butter melted and pour over the cake allow to freeze.
