Braised Pork Trotters 卤猪脚 - by May Tay


1 pig trotters (cleaned & hair renoved) - ask butcher to clean once and chop for you. Go home clean again. Use knife to scrap the skin hair off.
1 pkt mixed spices
Light sauce
Dark sauce
Honey rock sugar
3 whole garlic crushed.
Water
Beancurd (cut cubes)
Black fungus (soak, clean, cut)
金针gu (soak, tie knot)
Some hard boiled eggs

  Simmer over small fire in a clay pot.
