Madeleines

Recipe:
Ingredients
3 eggs

130g sugar
30g honey
60ml milk
200g butter
200g flour
10g baking powder
2g vanilla extract
1/2 vanilla pod
Orange zest as desired
Lemon zest as desired

Preparation

1. Melt butter and leave it to cool at room temperature
2. In a mixer, whisk egg and sugar together followed by remaining ingredients and make sure no lumps in the batter
3. Glaze mould with oil
4.pipe into piping bag and pipe into mould
5. Bake at 180 deg Celsius until nicely browned
