Durian Apom Balek
250g durian pulp
300g plain flr

300g sugar
3nos egg
500ml coconut Milk

Rub the durians pulp through a sieve to remove fibres.
Sift flour together with baking powder into a bowl.
Use hand whisk, stir in the durians pulp, sugar n eggs then into the sifted flour.
Add in coconut milk gradually n blend into a smooth batter.
Leave to rest for 30mins
Heat a non stick pan. Mix well the batter. Drop about 1 tablespoonful of the mixtures into the pan n dry fry until holes appear in the surface.
Slip the cake into plate.
Fold into half n place on a serving plate.
