Corn flakes cookies with dry cranberries
Flour 200gm
Baking soda 1 tsp

Corn flakes (crushed between your fingers) 100gm
Dry cranberry 75gm soak in warm water for 15 minutes
Butter soft 175 gm
Brown sugar 80 gm
Egg yolk 3 each

Combine the crushed flakes with the flour and the baking soda set aside.

Cream the butter with the sugar for few minute with a Wisk so it is nice and creamy soft texture, now add the egg yolk and mix well add the soaked cranberry that you already drain out of the water.

Combine the two mixture together mix well.

You can scoop the mixture with a spoon and place it on to grease cooking paper sheet with some oil.

Bake in pre-heat oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden.
