Light Cheese Cake

Cream cheese - 120g
牛奶 - 50g
牛油 - 30g
蛋黄 - 3粒
玉米粉 - 10g
低粉 -15g

蛋白 - 3粒
砂糖 - 50g
將Cream cheese和牛奶隔水拌至细滑加入牛油、蛋黄拌均匀,加入粉类搅拌至无颗粒成细滑面糊。
蛋白和糖打到湿性发泡
将面糊分次加入蛋白霜拌匀。倒入铺了纸的7寸模
150烤1小時20分钟
隔水烘烤
烤好开小缝20分鈡才取出蛋糕(温度只供参考).
