Steam tapioca cake - By Yeo Kim Hong


750-800gm of tapioca (after skinned n devein u get around 500gm) grated it.
1 grated coconut without skin , 
extract 1/2 bowl of milk out of it keep the milk for later use. 
Add a pinch of salt to the coconut n steam for 5 mins with 2 pandan leaves. 
Mix 200gm of sugar to grated tapioca n the milk n pinch of salt together and put to steam for 20 mins. Coat with the coconut when it's cool.
