Durian N Mango Crepe - by Rosie Khoo

 
Recipe for Crepe,
120 gm self raising flour ,
2 tsp sugar ,
pinch of salt ,
2eggs , 
350 milk , 

method
Mix all the ingredient together using hand whisk ,
than strain, Heat up your non stick pan till very hot ,
brush your pan with a little oil than your batter to cook on one side only ,
if u wan to cook on both side oso can, 
cook til all the batter are done. ,,

Filling
 Non- dairy whipping cream ,, 
durian ,mango is up to u to put it ,
I put 200 gm whipping to 600 gm durian, 

Mango --- 200mango
200gm whipping , for blend ,
200gm Mango - to cut bite size to place inside the mango.
