Crispy Batter (very big batch)
- 240g Self raising flour
- 20g Potato flour
- 20g Corn flour
- 20g rice flour
- A table spoon Sesame oil
- Half teaspoon salt
- A teaspoon Baking powder
- Ice water
- Mix well to a texture that is like liquid yogurt drink but little thicker.
- Put back in fridge for at least 15 mins
- Take out from fridge just mix again then ready to deep fry at 180 degree for any crispy thing u like. Very lasting crisps
- (Added in lots of chopped onions, ikan bilis green chili,red chili, carrots and prawns, a table spoon oyster sauce, soya sauce dash of sesame oil and white Pepper ).
- Even after it's cold the crisps still retain.
