Macaron 
Kathryn Gordon's French macaron
165gm almond flour
165gm icing sugar
115gm egg whites
150gm castor sugar
1 tbsp egg white powder
1tsp cream of tar tar
1. Sieve almond flour & icing sugar.
2. Mix together & set aside
3. Beat egg whites, sugar, tar tar & egg white powder until firm peaks.
4. Fold all ingredients together until macaron age stage.
5. Pipe onto parchment paper.
6. Bake at 90 degrees for 15mins then increase to 150 degrees for 9 mins.
7. Cool on rack.
