Crispy Curry Puff

Oil dough
1.5 cups plain flour
95g vege oil
Mix the above n form a dough.
Water dough
3cups plain flour
60g butter
1 tbsp sugar
120mls water
1tsp salt

Rub in butter then add in salt. Add in the water n beaten egg n knead lightly to form a dough.
Rest dough for 30 mins.
After 30 mins, wrap the oil dough in the water dough. Then roll thinly out into a rectangular shape. Next, roll up tightly like a Swiss roll.
Cut into desired size n roll out into a circle. You will be able to see the spirals then. Wrap with curry fillings n pinch the edges. Deep fry till golden.
Curry fillings is all up to individuals. But if you need my recipe, I will post that later.
