Recipe for MAngo Pudding
500 gm Mango.,!
50 gm Sugar ,
2 3/4 Tablespoons Gelatine Powder,
2 Tsp of agar agar powder,
900ml of water,
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice,
1/2 tsp 0f Mango Flavor,
2 tsp of Custard Powder ,
3 Tablespoons of water,
Water n custard mix well together,
500gm of mango blend with 2ooml of water
balance 700ml water . The 7ooml of water cook with the agar ,
follow by gelatine powder,sugar, cook till boiled at in the custard powder stir for a 30 second than off fire than at your mango puree till for a short while than pour it into your mould,
sorry my typing very slow also didn't notice the wording .
