材料:
椰浆层:
燕菜粉 - 15g
浓椰浆 - 500ml(我用鲜奶)
水 - 1000ml(我用鲜奶)
盐 - 半茶匙(我没放)
糖 - 100g (甜度以个人口味做调整)
班兰叶 - 几片 (打结)
班兰层:
燕菜粉 - 10g
班兰汁 - 1000ml (用10片的斑兰叶和水,放入搅拌器里搅拌,隔渣留水再调至1000ml)
糖 - 100g (甜度以个人口味做调整)
**我用1000ml+5片香兰叶(打结)一起煮到香。
做法:
1. (椰浆层)把燕菜粉,糖混合在锅里,倒入水和椰浆和放入班兰叶,煮滚之后再转小火继续煮至燕菜粉完全溶解,再加入盐拌匀即可。
2. (班兰层)同时间另准备一个锅,把燕菜粉和糖混合在锅里,倒入班兰汁,煮滚之后再转小火继续煮至燕菜粉完全溶解即可。
3. 煮好后,拿小碗装入一些已经煮好椰浆汁放入少许红色素,放入模型蝴蝶结和鼻子。
4. 先取450ml 椰浆汁倒入模型,待半凝结后,才倒入350ml的班兰汁。以此交替倒完至满模。
5. 然后收入冰箱冷藏4个小时以上就可以了。
备:
1. 食谱的分量是根据我的模型,卡通模型大小不一,所以分量会不同。
2. 燕菜粉有很多不同品牌的,所以要根据燕菜粉的说明做更改。
3. 要燕菜待半干时才能倒入第二层,以此类推。
4. 我有用风扇帮助燕菜层快干些。
**我的做法:
1)将鲜奶1500ml+糖100g+燕菜粉15g+香兰叶放进锅里混合均匀煮滚,熄火。
2)将水1000ml+糖100g+燕菜粉10g+香兰叶放进锅里混合均匀煮滚,熄火。
3)取一点透明菜燕液混合几滴红色素填在kitty模的蝴蝶结,一点黄色填在鼻子,待凝固。(我用一个大个的盆放点冰水再将kitty模仿在里面,这样会帮助燕菜快些凝固)
4)取500ml的鲜奶菜燕液倒入模里,待稍凝固。
5)取200ml的透明菜燕液加入几滴红色素混合均匀再倒入已稍凝固的鲜奶菜燕层,待稍凝固。
6)接着取200ml鲜奶菜燕液倒入已稍凝固的红色菜燕液上,以此交替到完为止,待稍凉放进冰箱冷藏4个小时。
7)脱模后再取一点滚水混合少许菜燕粉和黑色素再填在眼睛和胡须部分即可。
