Tomato Pasta sauce - by Benjamin Chew

Cooking something very simple at home? Try Chilli Tuna Fusilli!

Ingredients (2 pax):
Fusilli Pasta
Chilli Tuna
Chopped Garlic 1 clove
Chopped Onion 1/4 no.
Salt
Olive Oil
Corainder


Making the Pasta
Step 1: Boil a pot of water with salt and olive oil
Step 2: Pour in the fusilli pasta when water is boiling
Step 3: Turn the heat down to low and stir well every few minutes
Step 4: Pasta should be ready within 15 minutes (Take one to bite to cofirm, it is cook if it is not hard)
Step 5: Pour the fusilli pasta to a strainer and run with cold water (add some oil to prevent sticking if you are not frying them immediately)

Frying the Pasta
Step 1: Turn on the fire to heat up the frying pan
Step 2: Open up the Chilli Tuna and drain out the oil to the pain
Step 3: Fry the garlic and onion until you smell the fragrance
Step 4: Pour in the ready fusilli and fry well
Step 5: Add in the tomato pasta sauce and fry lightly
Step 6: Add in the remaining Chilli Tuna and fry well
Step 7: Add in salt or seasoning according to your taste
Step 8: Present on the plate with some coriander for garnishing
