栗子牛油蛋糕 ☆ Chestnut Butter Cake]


材料:
300克 新鮮栗子(包裝栗子) fresh chestnuts
250克 牛油 butter
200克 黃糖 brown sugar
4個 雞蛋 eggs
250克 普通麵粉 plain flour
1小匙 發粉 baking powder

做法:
1.先煮沸一鍋水,把栗子放入煮約30分鐘至栗子熟透,瀝乾水份、去殼、切成粒,備用。(或用包裝栗子)
2.將一個8吋烤盤鋪上油紙;預熱烤箱170℃.
3.將牛油及黃糖打發至鬆白,加入一個雞蛋,攪拌至蛋與牛油完全吸收後,才加入第個個雞蛋;繼續攪拌均勻,直到把雞蛋加完為止。
4.拌入篩過的麵粉及發粉,加入栗子粒,攪拌均勻。
5.把麵糊倒入烤盤裡,鋪平,盛入烤箱烘約50-60分鐘或至熟。
