Bake Buns: (using bread machine )

(A) 500gm hight protein flour, 

40gm castor sugar, 
1 teaspoon salt ,
11gm instant yeast.

(B)300gm iced water.

(C)50gm butter
(1egg for glacing)

Method: put (B) into bread machine add in (A) and (c) let the machine do the work.
Choose function 7 for bread dough, estimate time 1hour and 30 minutes.
After 11/2 hrs remove out dough from machine, to shape it to ball shape,
Each ball about 60gm arrange it to the tray then egg wash it , let it prove
for 45 minutes or double in bulk, then put into the preheated oven to
bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 190 degree .( before baking sprinkle some
Saseme on top of the bun ,bun's filing as you like.)
