Pak tong ko



140g rice flour, 
100g sugar, 
300ml water(divide into 2 , 150ml each), 
1/4 tsp salt, 
1/2 tsp yeast, 
1/2 tbsp corn oil, 
I tsp water.
 

Method- 
mix yeast w I tsp water, set aside. Rice flour add 150 ml water. The other 150ml water add sugar n salt
 Stir till sugar dissolve , add in flour solution n yeast. Cover w damp cloth for 2 hrs. 
(Will've small bubble) . Add in 1/2 tbsp corn oil n mix well. Greased d mould n steam high heat for 25 mins. Cover w foil to prevent water slip in.
