Toblerone Brownie

Very moist and fudgey oreo valrhona 55% bitter choc brownie.
Modifed recipe found on the internet for toblerone brownie - by Karen Leong
100g unsalted butter
200g bitter sweet or milk choc

150g sugar (can cut further to 100g)
2 eggs
85g flour
preheat oven to 170degree.
put butter and choc into microwave to melt.
stir in sugar and egg
fold in flour. do not overmix.
bake in oven 30min, toothpick test should result in some moist crumbs. brownie is under baked to be fudgey.
Cool down n keep in fridge for best fudgey sensation.
