Recipe
  • 250g flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 45g sugar - mixed together in mixing bowl
  • 90g cube butter
  • Whipping cream + 1egg = 150g..= beat the egg & cream well
Method
  1.  mix b to a using rubbing in method than add c..do not over mix the dough... 
  2. roll out the dough with min 1.5cm thick, 
  3. use cutter to cut, egg wash and bake for 15 mins at temp 175.
