bread flour 400 g
sugar 60 g
egg 1 nos

yeast 8 g
milk 150 g
oil 40 g
salt 7 g

Into the bowl of stand mixer, sift the flour. Add in sugar.
In another small bowl stir together yeast, milk, oil and egg.
pour the yeast mixture into the flour and knead in medium speed for 1 minute and then add in salt continue kneading until smooth and elastic around 10 to 12 minutes.
Put the dough into floured surface and shape into a ball. cover the dough with the bowl and rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
After that shape the dough into desire shape and arrange the dough into greased baking tray and let the dough rise to double in size. Bake at 200 ° C until done.
