Steam Caramel Pudding on Moist Chocolate Cake - By Angela Low Gek Luan‎  

Caramel Part:
Sugar 3 Tbsp
Water 45 ml
Place e sugar into a wok fried till golden brown than add in water (e dissolve sugar will be harden) stir till it dissolve again & pour it into a pre grease cake pan immediately.

Pudding Ingredient:
Custard Powder 1 & 1/2 Tbsp
Evaporated Milk 160ml
Water 65 ml
Condense Milk 50ml
A size Egg 2 nos
Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp
Mixed all e above ingredient, sifted than pour into e Caramelize cake tin and steam for 25minutes till it set.

Chocolate Cake:
Butter 180gm
sugar 160gm
Evaporated milk 200g
Egg 2 nos (beaten)
Cake Flour 100g
Coco Powder 50g (unsweeten)
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Soda Bicarbonate 1 Tsp
Chocolate Chips Desire amount

1)Butter, Milk & Sugar cook over small fire till dissolve, put a side to let it cool down.
2)Add e beaten Eggs into e already cool down (1) & mix well.
3)Sift all e Flour (cake, coco, baking powder & soda bicarbonate) & mixed well into (2)
4)Pour e well mixed batter onto e pudding & add on e desire amount of chocolate chips.
5)Cover e cake batter with pcs of aluminum foil to prevent water from dripping onto e cake.
6)Steam e cake with boiling water for 45 min.
7)once e cake is cool down use a spatula to cut e edge of e cake & invert it onto a plate.

* I think all should start with 1) as 1st step if not e butter sugar mixture will have to wait for it to cool down.
* for e Pudding i only steam for 20 min instead of 25 min.
