Sweet Potato Fa Gao - 番薯发糕
200 gm Sweet Potato – steamed & mashed
220 gm Sugar

175 gm Water
Mix above 3 ingredients together

300 gm Self-raising flour - Sifted
2 nos. Eggs
1 Teaspoon Instant Yeast
½ Teaspoon Baking powder

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together .
Set to rest for 50 mins to 60 mins.
Pour mixture into moulds (small cups) and steam for 15 mins (using High heat)
For bigger mould it may take longer time. For White sugar I replace Brown sugar.
For 175ML water I replace 100ml water with 100ml coconut milk (Kara’s brand)
