Huat kueh

Rice flour 200 g
icing sugar 80 g

Baking powder 1tsp
Water 170 ml
ENO original 1 tsp
Colour red a few drops


Practice:
1 mix all ingredients and mix well.
2 Pour sponge cake cups, 15 to 20 minutes over high heat.



 沾米粉 200g
糖粉 100 g (我用80g )
发粉 少许
水 175ml(我用170ml)
ENO原味 1包
粉红色素 数滴 (我用红色)
