Ham and Cheese Savoury Muffin

330g Flour
15g Baking Powder
100g Ham,chopped
50g Capsicum,chopped
50g Onion,chopped
50g Carrot,grated
15g Chives,chopped
80g Cheddar cheese,grated

* some extra cheese for sprinkle on top *
1 Egg
50g Butter,melted
360ml Milk

Saute the onion and capsicum until just soft add in ham,carrot,chives,and salt n pepper to taste..Set a side..
Sift the flour and baking powder...Lightly beat egg,add milk,melted butter,add the flour and the ham mixture and grated cheese,have a quick n easy mix..(dun not over mix)...Fill into muffin cup and sprinkle some extra cheese on top....

May I know bake at what temperature n how long
