Steamed Cheedar cheese cake- by Kelly Ng

Steamed Cheedar cheese cake - yield approximately 24pcs
Ingredients
(A)

4pcs Cheedar cheese slices
Butter 80g
Milk 125g
(B)
3 eggs
Fine sugar 90g
(C)
Sieved Self rising flour 210g

Instructions
1) cook (A) till cheese and butter dissolved . I put everything in a bowl and microwave for 1-1.5 minutes using medium high power. As long as melted Ok.
2) beat (B) till fluffy. Add in the melted mixture from step 1.
3) fold in (C) in 3 times and mix well. Pour the batter into the mould.
4) bring water to boil in a steamer or wok. Steam the cake at high flame for 10 minutes. Please adjust accordingly the timing if you are using big mould. My 10minutes is based on 12 small cups.
√ no need to grease if you are using plastic mould.

Beat serve while warm.
