Regina's NZ half shell mussels - by Regina Jawad Baig

Hi u all estimate the ingredient
this is cooked in butter, 

mince garlic, 
chopped onion, 
little chicken powder, 
black pepper 
salt to taste 
thicken by using potato starch that makes it thicken and won't turn watery then corn starch
Ppl who can take wine, you may pour a little white wine to fragrance it
Do not add water as mussels will have their liquid coming out.

Note: buy New Zealand half shell mussels, wash and use a knife to scrap off dirt and sand of outer shell and Wash individually otherwise sandy not good to consume!!
 Can get in NTUC it's in a box about $12.90 per box if not wrong
