crust recipe 
6 oz butter
12oz plain flour
1 oz sugar

pinch of salt in flour
1 whole egg
vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

mix the sugar, butter n egg together using whisk. then add vanilla essence, n flour. then use hands to mold them into balls n press onto the trays
bake at 200deg C for abt 20mins until its golden brown.
