Oatmeal Cookies - by Samantha Koh

These are actually rather addictive. What's best, they make a healthy snack. I mistakenly added double portion of oatmeal but they turned out great! If you are feeling peckish at midday, one of these is enough to drive the hunger pangs away.

Oatmeal Cookies
Butter 225g
Brown sugar 300g
Eggs 2
Cake flour 250g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Roll oats 200g

Preheat oven at 170C

1) Cream butter and sugar.
2) Add eggs, one at a time.
3) Add in flour mix
