Black & Spicy Abalone Sauce - by May Tan

Just done w this my own Black & Spicy Abalone Sauce said sedap!
For those who wish to try is the recipe & steps. HAPPY NEW YEAR & Enjoy!
Black & Spicy Abalone Sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp top quality dark soya sauce(tiger brand)
2 tsp sugar
5 tbsp of abalone stock direct fm the can
1 tsp corn starch
3 chilli pandi (chopped)
1 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
1 whole garlic (chopped)
In a bowl pour in abalone stock,sugar,dark soya sauce & oyster sauce. Add in the corn starch stir well.
Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil, throw in the garlic stir fry just awhile. Throw in the chilli & spring onion. Stir n pour in the above mixture. Turn off the heat after abt 1 min. Pour the sauce on the freshly sliced abalone. Ready to be served.
