My 1st attempt at baking Fiona Lau's Toink Toink Butter Cake. Was very sceptical initially as I am a big and loyal fan of Margaret Chan's old fashion butter cake, I must admit that i was jubilant as the cake turned out very soft and yet bouncy. It was toink toink alright!
