Home-made Orange Papaya Jam. - by Ng Mee Teng


Yield 2 bottles of jam (250g each)

600g Ripe Papaya - mash or finely chop

2 nos. Oranges - squeeze out juice & grate the rind
200g Fructose - I bought this fr Organic shop. It is a type of sugar deprived fr fruits & suitable for diabetes patients.

- Mix all ingredients & cook over high heat till mixture boils.
- Reduce to low heat & stir continuously for 30 mins till jam thickens.
- Spoon jam into clean & dry jar while it is still hot. Place a piece of doyleys paper on top & cover tightly.
- Let it cool & store in refrigerator.
