PreMix Red Velvet Cupcake - by Fiona Lau


500g ready premix red velvet flour ( can easily find at any bakery shop )
180ml fresh milk
1 nos egg
100ml corn oil

Blend all above ingredient  together
Preheat oven at 150'c and bake for 35 minutes.
 
The Frosting
60g butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1tsp vanilla extra 
 
1 Cream the butter and cream cheese together, about 3 minutes. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl to ensure even mixing.
 
2 Add the vanilla extract and mix.
 
3 Add the powdered sugar, continually taste to get to desired sweetness. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes
