Recipe:
110g glutionous rice flour
15g tapioca powder
25g parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp salt (optional)
35g unslated butter (melted)
1 egg
60ml low fat milk
Method~
Wet n dry ingredients mixed separately then only mix together
Preheat oven 170c
Bake at 160c for 20 mins
