Ingredient
A
1 egg, 4 egg yolks, 30g castor sugar , 1/2 ts cake emulsifier
B
30g
Low Protein Flour, 10g corn flour , 5g milk powder
C
50g melted butter, rainbow colouring

Method :
1.Put A & B into a mixing bowl
2.Use medium speed to mix into smooth batter
3.Add in butter,use a plastic spatula and mix one direction untill well combined
4.Divide into 6 portions and colour each portion different
5.Sprout into a 26x26x2cm cake tin
6.Bake in oven at 200°c for about 6 minutes
