Tart crust is from phoon huat de...

for e filling, 
120g sugar  
350g water. 
Bring to boil till sugar dissolve. 

5 eggs  
100g evaporated milk. ( Any evaporated milk..no brand specified. ..)
Lightly beaten. 
When water n sugar cool down, , 
mixed in e egg mixture. 
Sieve it. 
Then pour the egg mixture into e mould. 
180 degree for 20 mins.
