Mini Egg Fatt Goh (迷你鸡蛋糕发糕)
- 4 eggs
- 220g caster sugar
- 200ml ice cream soda soft drink
- 300g plain flour
- In a mixer, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, stir in flour, mix well.
- Slowly add in soft drink, and mix become smooth batter.
- Spoon batter into cups until 90%full.
- Steam high heat for 15 mins. (I steam 10 mins coz mine is mini cups )

- 300ml ice cream soda or 7 up or sprite,
- 300g plain flour
- mix well Steam 10 to 15mins

can i don't put 2 tsp ovalette(sponge gel), ? thanks.
