- 4 eggs
- 160g cake flour
- 400ml full cream milk
- 45g sugar
- 30g melted butter
- A pinch salt
- Mix all together.
- Sieve to remove lumps.
- Use lowest fire.
- A ladle of mixture to form a layer each time.
- With alt butter coating on frying tray each time.
- 300ml whipped cream or more
- Glaze with jam or sugar glace
