Plain Jane Crepe Cake - by Maggie Heng



  • 4 eggs
  • 160g cake flour
  • 400ml full cream milk 
  • 45g sugar
  • 30g melted butter 
  • A pinch salt
  1. Mix all together. 
  2. Sieve to remove lumps. 
  3. Use lowest fire. 
  4. A ladle of mixture to form a layer each time. 
  5. With alt butter coating on frying tray each time.
  6. 300ml whipped cream or more
  7. Glaze with jam or sugar glace
