Meringues wif cornflakes & choc chips - by Chitra Vijayan
- 150 gm cold egg whites
- 300gm caster sugar
- 120gm cornflakes
- 60gm choc chips
- preheat oven at 100degrees celsius.
- In a cold mixing bowl, whisk egg white till foamy.
- Add sugar, a tablespoon at a time.
- continue to whisk till stiff peak.
- mix in cornflakes and chips.
- transfer mixture to piping bag . Cut 2cm of tip off.
- pipe out onto paper casings.
- bake for 1 hour and let it cool completely in oven for 30-45 min.
