  • 150 gm cold egg whites
  • 300gm caster sugar
  • 120gm cornflakes
  • 60gm choc chips
  1. preheat oven at 100degrees celsius.
  2. In a cold mixing bowl, whisk egg white till foamy.
  3. Add sugar, a tablespoon at a time.
  4. continue to whisk till stiff peak.
  5. mix in cornflakes and chips.
  6. transfer mixture to piping bag . Cut 2cm of tip off.
  7. pipe out onto paper casings.
  8. bake for 1 hour and let it cool completely in oven for 30-45 min.
