炸虾饼  / Prawn Fritter

自发面粉2OO克,
粘米粉2O克,
木薯粉1O克,
盐一茶匙,鸡晶粉,
小许,油一茶匙,
豆芽少许,
青葱少许,
虾2O枝,
水250ml,
把面粉粘米粉和木薯粉盐鸡晶粉全放在大碗里拌匀在放水拌匀了在放油拌均匀放豆芽拌一拌,烧热油就可以炸了
 
English translation: Prawn Fritter
Self raising flour 200g,
rice flour 20g,
tapioca flour 10g,
salt 1 teaspoon,
some chicken seasoning powder,
oil 1 teaspoon,
some beansprouts,
some spring onions,
prawns 20 pcs,
water 250ml.
Mix all the flour, salt, chicken powder together in a big bowl, add water and stir thorougly then add in oil. Add in beansprouts and chopped spring onions to mixture n stir. Scope mixture n pour on a flat stapula, place prawns on top to deep fry.
