Puff Pastry

Puff Ingredients
260g water
200g flour

100g butter,
2 teaspoon oil
3 teaspoon salt n sugar respectively
4 eggs (depending on size)

method.
1. heat butter,water,oil,salt n sugar in a saucepan till boil.
2. add in flour n mix till able to form clump
3. add in eggs n mix for abt 5 mins till able to form folds when lifted up.
3. put the paste into a pastry bag n squeezes it onto baking tray
4. oven bake at 190oC for 15 mins
* preheat oven at 150oC
