Sunkist Huat kuih
250 g self raising flour
100 g sugar
230 ml orange juice
50 g corn oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1. Mix orange juice and sugar till dissolved
2. Add in oil till combined
3. Pour in flour slowly, mix till smooth
4. Pour the mixture to small cups, lined with baking paper
5. High heat steam for 15-20 minutes

Hi Nancy. Your Huat kuih looks so prosper. I am looking for a no egg Huat kuih and yours is perfect. Question: do u fill the batter to the top of the cup cake liner. I would like to try this weekend and hope u can help. Thanks. Chloe
