Chocolate crust
here is the recipe.. for the tart shell
125gm butter
60gm castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk powder
1 egg yolk
200gm all purpose flour
50gm cocoa powder
1.Beat the butter,castor sugar and vanilla till light and creamy
2.Then add egg yolk and milk powder ..continue beating until well incorporated
3.Add the flour and cocoa powder ( sieve together ) until it forms a soft dough.wrap the dough with cling wrap and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
4. Form into small ball and press into metal tarts tin. Using a knife, cut off the excess of pastry dough from the top of the mould.Pierce every tart with a fork to let air escape and then bake at 170C for 20 minute or until it crips
5. Make sure unmould the tart shell when cooled
