Homemade Cereal tofu - by Rina Mok

Homemade tofu
4 eggs
320mls unsweetened soy bean milk.

Beat eggs add salt mix well.
Pour in soy bean milk to above egg mixtures

Steam over low flame for 7 min (look out for texture set)
remove from heat to let cool


Ensure flame at low heat if not the texture wouldn't be soft.

 Cereal mix
3/4 cup nestum original
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2tsp icing sugar
1 1/2tsp milk powder

2 tbs butter
chilli padi
6-10 sprig curry leaves

Melt butter till bubbling and lightly brown
Add curry leave & chilli padi fry over low medium flame till fragrant
Reduce heat low add cereal. Mix stir well till golden brown.
Remove from heat add fry homemade tofu.
