Nonya dumplings

Materials :1kg rice, washed, soaked 4 hours , drain, Heat 2 tablespoons of oil , saute 1 tablespoon chopped shallots and 1 tablespoon chopped garlic , 2 tsp salt, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce , a half tablespoon pepper flour , stir well, and leave to cool5O pieces of bamboo leaves and the amount of straw , soaked overnight , washed, drained, the amount of pandan leaves , cut into squares 
Filling:5 tablespoons oil10 shallots , chopped8 garlic , chopped3 tbsp coriander powder West1 tablespoon pepper1Kg three pork cut into small granular250g sugar melon ( mixing machine with a twist minced )3O cut flowers mushrooms soaked pellets 
Seasoning:2 tablespoons soy sauce2 tablespoons dark soy sauce½ cup water1 tsp salt

娘惹粽

材料:
1kg糯米,洗淨,浸4小时,沥干,烧熱2大匙油,爆香1大匙小葱头碎及1大匙蒜头碎,2小匙盐,1大匙黑酱油,半大匙胡椒粉炒匀,待冷
5O片粽叶和适量草绳,浸隔夜,洗淨,沥干,适量班兰叶,剪成方形
餡料:
5大匙油
10粒小葱头切碎
8瓣蒜头切碎
3大匙芫西粉
1大匙胡椒粉
1Kg三层猪肉切小粒状
250g冬瓜糖(用绞拌机绞碎)
3O朵香菇浸软切小粒
调味料:
2大匙生抽
2大匙黑酱油
半杯水
1小匙盐
作法:
1.烧熱5大匙油,爆香小蔥头碎,蒜头碎,芫茜粉和胡椒粉,加入三层肉粒香菇粒和冬瓜糖炒香
2.加入调味料拌匀,煮至汁浓,试味,盛起待凉
3.将二片粽叶折成一斗形,加入一大匙糯米,填入馅料,再盍上一大匙糯米,上面放一片班兰叶,包成三角形粽形,绑上草繩
4.将粽子放入大鍋中,加入滚水蓋过所有的粽子,蓋上煮至滚,轉小火再煮3-4个小时至熟,取出趁熱享用\^o^/
註:三层猪肉可換成鸡肉.
