Kek hong

1kg glutinous rice flour
1kg water
1kg sugar
Banana essence
Red colouring (optional)
method:
Mixed well all the ingredients and then pour on round pan steamed for 15mins for 1st layer,then another 15mins for 2nd layer (red colour)
***if u don't want 2 layers you may just directly steamed for 30mins...
After cool, cut the kek hong into small pieces (own choice) *dust with cooked glutinous rice
For dusting 
Cooked glutinous rice you can fry glutinous rice for 10 mins in low heat or steam glutinous rice for 5mins
