Golden pillow pineapple tart pastry
1 kg plain flour
50gr icing sugar

5 egg yolk
100gr milk powder
100gr corn flour mix a bit custard powder
750gr butter
Mixer butter and egg yolk about 2 minute and add in all the ingredient. Rest the dough for 1 hour at the fridge. Take out from the fridge and weigh the dough is about 10gr and put the pineapple jam.for the pineapple jam i use instant one.egg wash and bake.
