rainbow cake - by Liling Loo

It's a Swiss roll recipe..
Ingredient :
4 egg yolk

50ml oil
60ml milk
70g cake flour
1 tsp vanilla essence

4 egg white
50g caster sugar

Cream filling:
120ml whipped cream
20g icing sugar

Method:
Pre heat at 160 degree
1)lightly beaten egg yolk, add in oil, milk , vanilla essence. Mixed well.
2)add in shifted flour, mixes well
3)mixed egg white till stiff peak
4) fold egg white (3 parts) into egg batter
5)divide into 4 bowl and fold in desire colours
6) pour into 7" tin bake 160 degree for 10-15 min.

Cream filling:
Add whipped cream and icing together, whipped till creamy..

After all cake is cool, frosted with the cream.
