This chinese tradional kueh i learn from my employer ”s mom,she is now 91years old…i would like to share simple photo home made kueh… At least mins…use wooden chopstick to pu at the centre if is done not watery…the rest f the ingridients quickly sprinkle so it will still stick on the top
For yam cake
Half of medium size yam
250g rice flour
500ml of water
10pcs Musroom
2slices pork belly
Handfull dried prawn
10pcs shallots
3Tbl cooking oil
Salt pepper of your taste
Spiece powder…for me just 1 pinch
