Managed to have it rush out this morning before going to work....😅😅
What you need
Ready made tart shells from Phoon Huat
2 eggs
180ml soya milk
20g icing sugar
Method
Poke the tart shell with holes using a fork at the base
Bake for abt 5-10min 1st....
Mix eggs and icing sugar with a balloon whisk.....
Add in soya milk. Mix well.....
Bring out the tart shells from the oven and pour the mixture into the shells....
Bake for another 25-30 min or until shell golden brown......
Temperature at ard 170 degree
The above receipe can make about 8 tarts shells frm Phoon Huat
