椰香鸡蛋糕
材料:鸡蛋一6粒
幼糖一400g

面粉一460g
100 plus一75g
浓椰浆一75g
做法:鸡蛋打至起泡加入糖,打至乳白色,筛入面粉和100 plus拌均匀。
在面糊上用糖撒十字
大火蒸1小时。(大篮子7吋,小的4吋)因为篮子很深,时间比较长。
